Mac Helper 1.4.3

Adds a manual Check for Updates to the Helper's settings menu, and gives the download disk image its own icon.

What changed

• Adds “Check for Updates…” to the Helper's settings menu, so you no longer have to wait for the daily check.
• The download disk image now carries the Maccess Helper icon on its volume and its file.
