How refunds work for Maccess, depending on where you bought it.

1. App Store purchases

Maccess Pro and Maccess Max bought in the iPhone app are processed by Apple, and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. To ask for one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings.

2. Purchases on maccess.io

If you paid on this website, email support@maccess.io within 14 days of the payment, from the email address you used to buy, and tell us which payment it is.
