What changed

• Keeps Cloud Access available with faster 15-second check-ins.
• If a cloud check-in stalls, the Helper immediately retries over a fresh connection and keeps an independent recovery route available.
• Adds signed incremental updates from the immediately previous Helper version, reducing the amount the update system needs to download.
• Keeps the full signed and notarized Helper download as an automatic fallback.
• Compatible with Maccess 1.6.0 and newer on iPhone.
